Harlequin Farm Stables takes Safeguarding very seriously within its organisation, various policy documents have been drawn up to provide best practise in all coaching procedures.

The following policies are available; Safeguarding Policy, Whistle-blowing Policy, Equality and Diversity Policy. Health and Safety Policy, Anti-bullying Policy, data protection Policy and E-Safety Policy.

Safe, best practise procedures are in place for photography/videography and transportation. Please see downloads below. Consent forms are available and will need to be completed for activity days organised by the stables.
